Access to the plenary session
The plenary session is by special invitation only.
- The Forum’s Organizing Committee will compile a list of visitors to the plenary session in advance to prepare invitations and draw up a seating arrangement for the participants in the plenary session hall.
- Participants invited to the plenary session will receive an email at the address specified in the contact information in their Roscongress personal account.
BEFORE ATTENDING THE PLENARY SESSION

PICKING UP YOUR BADGE
Collect your accreditation badge in advance at the accreditation point in Moscow.

TAKE A PCR TEST (TO ACCESS THE PLENARY SESSION ON 28 OCTOBER)
To access the plenary session, plenary session attendees, media representatives and staff who will be present at the plenary session must take PCR testing for COVID-19, influenza
Results will be provided within 24 hours.

OBTAIN A SPECIAL PASS
If you are invited to the plenary session, you must obtain a special pass in addition to your badge.

CHECK THE LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS
Please note that the following items are prohibited at the venue:
- all types of liquids, including alcoholic beverages, perfumes, and liquid personal hygiene products
- portable chargers (power banks) and replacement batteries/rechargeable batteries for mobile devices
- electronic tobacco heating systems and devices that heat liquids (including vapes)

TAKE YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT (PASSPORT) WITH YOU
You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.
SPECIAL PASS DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE
A special pass can be picked up before the test result is received. The test is not needed to get the special pass, but is required for its activation.

SMS notification
Once your special pass is ready, you’ll get an SMS notification sent to the phone number indicated in your Roscongress personal account in the section Personal information
An email notification
Once your special pass is ready, you will receive a notification by email
HOW TO OBTAIN A SPECIAL PASS?
In person
A special pass may be collected in person by presenting:
1. Passport (the identity document that is listed in the Roscongress personal account)
The special access card cannot be issued if the data in your Roscongress personal account is incorrect.
By proxy
Third parties must present the following:
1. The authorized person’s passport
2. Originals of participants’ identity documents that are listed in the Roscongress personal account
3. An original standard power of attorney
4. A list of participants obtaining special access cards (if special passes are being issued for multiple participants)
