Specially Scheduled Shuttles to Take Russia–Africa Forum Participants to Venue
Special shuttles will begin providing regular service for participants of the Second Summit and Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum on 27 July free of charge. The shuttles will serve as the main form of transport to the Forum and will run along established routes from recommended hotels to the event site. Shuttles will also run from Pulkovo Airport and Moskovsky Rail Terminal. Uniformed transport coordinators with proper identification will be on duty at the departure points.
Advance registration is recommended for the shuttles and can be found in the special ‘Register for the shuttle’ section of the Roscongress personal account for media representatives or Forum Participants. Access to the shuttles will require registration and an accreditation badge, activated upon confirmation of a negative PCR test result. Participants are asked to keep in mind that the time required to reach the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre is 30 minutes only from 05:00 to 07:00. After that, the travel time to the Forum venue may increase to 1–1.5 hours. Travel time is also affected by inspection procedures at Forum venue entrance checkpoint 1.
The Forum venue can also be accessed from the special shuttle transport hubs. Media representatives travelling with equipment are asked to use transport hubs A3 and A4, and those travelling without equipment are invited to use any other convenient media representative transport hub. Non-accredited vehicles and taxis will be able to access the transport hub on Pulkovskoye shosse only, at which point Forum participants will need to transfer to a shuttle.
